THE DIRECTORY FIRST HOUSE IN TOLEDO, and one of the oldest in Spain: a century-old shop in the heart of the Jewish quarter with SIX GENERATIONS of the Linares family behind it. Don Julio Linares ran it for more than half a century and his nephew Pedro continues today. Its stock is markedly local — TALAVERA CERAMICS, Puente del Arzobispo and Toledo — with bargueño cabinets, furniture, sculpture and painting, plus Toledo blades, swords and knives that no other house here handles.
