This page explains two different things: what happens to your data if you write to us, and what happens to the professional data we publish in the directory. The second is the one that raises most questions on a site like this, so it is explained in full and not in a footnote.
Who is responsible

If you write to us through a form
- What we collect
- Your name, your email, your telephone number if you leave it and the text of your message. Also the date, your IP address and your browser, which are the only evidence of when it was sent and that a person sent it.
- What for
- Only to reply to you and do what you ask. In a listing complaint, to check that you are the owner and to correct or remove what is appropriate. If you leave your details about the 2027 marketplace, to let you know when there are published terms.
- On what legal basis
- Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw whenever you want; and our legitimate interest in being able to show how we dealt with a complaint. We store the hash of the legal text you read and the language you read it in — version 2026-08-08 —, so that in three years' time it can be known exactly what you agreed to.
- For how long
- For as long as it may be needed to evidence what was asked and what was done, and at most three years from the closing of the matter. In a listing complaint this matters: the proof that you asked for your data to be removed is precisely what has to be kept in order to show that it was removed.
- Who we give it to
- Nobody. We do not transfer it, we do not sell it and we do not put it on any mailing list. Email goes out through a sending provider that acts as a processor and does not use it for anything else.
If you appear in the directory
We publish the trade name, the address, the telephone, the email and the website of professional businesses. These are professional contact details that are already public: they come from the business's own website or from the directory of its association, and each listing records the address they were taken from.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining a professional directory of the trade, weighed against the rights of the owner. That balancing is resolved in the simplest way possible: if the owner asks us to remove the listing, it is removed, the same day, without asking for reasons and at no cost. There is no justification form and no telephone conversation to get past.
This is where you ask. You can also correct any detail, rewrite the description or claim the listing to maintain it yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not use your data to profile you or to decide anything automatically.
- We do not send commercial communications you have not asked for.
- We do not copy text or photographs from any business's website.
- There is no advertising on the site.
- Analytics — Google Analytics — is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie notice, with no advertising signals and without sharing anything for advertising. If you do not accept, not a single request goes to Google.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing or take it with you. It is done by writing, without justifying the reason and at no cost. We reply within the legal period of one month, and in practice much sooner.
If you think we have not done it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We would rather you told us first, but it is your right and there is no need to come through us.
Where the data is
On a server in Germany, within the European Economic Area. There are no international transfers outside the EEA.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Consents already collected still point to the text that was read that day: that is why its hash is stored and not a simple «accepted».
