Galería Taller Gravura

A chalcographic printmaking workshop and a gallery at once, in the historic centre and within the Museo Carmen Thyssen quarter. The printmaker Paco Aguilar opened it in the late 1970s — sources vary between 1979 and 1981 — and has run it with Mariana Martín since 1989. It editions prints to commission and teaches the techniques: etching, aquatint, soft ground, drypoint, burin, photogravure and collagraph. Its catalogue takes in Enrique Brinkmann, Francisco Peinado, Stefan von Reiswitz, Chema Lumbreras and Lorenzo Saval. Very few houses in the directory EDITION what they sell.
